GOALS & OBJECTIVE:
"Our goal is to provide a safe, fun, family atmosphere for performance powerboating enthusiasts to enjoy and to promote safe and responsible operation of our vessels at all times, while building community goodwill for performance powerboaters through charitable functions, aiding in the protection of our waterways and demonstrating responsible behavior while boating."

SAFETY COMMITTMENT:
Joining the SMLPBA will require both a USCG inspection of your vessel and a boating safety course for all captains. We require all members to uphold this commitment as well as the goals and objectives of the association as stated above.
